Belt conveyors are a durable and reliable means of moving goods through production and distribution environments. These conveyors are one of the most common conveyor types thanks to their versatility and relatively easy installation. This type of conveyor moves product directly along a belt, and is able to accommodate a wide range of items – from regularly shaped to irregularly shaped objects, bulk products and heavy items. Cleats and corrugated sidewalls can also be added for additional security.
BELT DRIVEN ROLLERS
Belt Driven Live Roller (BDLR) Conveyors are ideal when conveying products of different shapes, sizes and weights, including boxes, drums, totes and cases. Furthermore, Belt Driven Live Rollers also accommodate processes such as diverting, merging and transporting. BLDR Conveyors are also perfect for when zero/minimum pressure accumulations are needed. Additionally, the belt rollers provide a higher level of accuracy and control, allowing for precise and reliable operations.
